About the Artist

As a painter, Pat was quite the late bloomer. Following her retirement from public schools, she began classes in watercolor and it was love at first stroke.  She has studied with well-known artists including Richard Ochs, Eli Rosenthal and Mel Stabin AWS. 

Pat’s work is currently represented by the Wallkill River Gallery in Montgomery NY.  She has received several local and regional awards and has had paintings accepted into the North East Watercolor Society’s International Exhibits, the Hudson Valley Art Association and the New Jersey Watercolor Society 2009 Exhibit. Pat is a signature member of the North East Watercolor Society and an elected member of the prestigious  Salmagundi Club in New York City.

When not painting or in her gardens, Pat enjoys teaching other painters, sharing her love of watercolor.  She lives with her husband in Ocean County, New Jersey.
